Job Summary
The Data Centre Operations Supervisor manages site operations and technical staff in a 24/7 data centre environment. This role oversees shift deployment, maintains operational report standards, and ensures immediate, effective responses to emergency fault situations.
Key Requirements & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in data centre operations, telecommunications, facilities management, or electrical maintenance.

Leadership: 1–2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience managing site-based technical teams is preferred.

Operations & Scheduling: Proven track record in shift scheduling, leave planning, and managing 24/7 operational coverage.

Reporting & Execution: Strong capacity to prepare, review, and submit accurate operational reports on schedule.

Incident Management: Ability to perform under pressure, prioritize tasks, and resolve fault situations swiftly.

Work Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours, rotational shifts, weekends, and handle on-call emergency responses.

Certifications: Relevant professional engineering registration or technical certifications are an added advantage.
