ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER
We are a fast-growing restaurant and specialty coffee cafe committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences and operating to high international professional standards. We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and highly professional Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, uphold world-class service quality, and assist in leading our team.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations across both the restaurant and cafe to ensure international service standards.

Assist in supervising, training, and motivating team members to maintain high levels of hospitality and efficiency.

Monitor guest experience and respond promptly to customer feedback to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Help manage stock levels, inventory audits, and daily cash flow management.

Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all service areas.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an assistant managerial or supervisory role within a high-standard restaurant or cafe.

Language: Full fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, active problem-solving abilities, and high attention to detail.

Hospitality Standards: Clear understanding of international food and beverage operations, guest relations, and team leadership.
