About the Role

Coshve Finance is looking for energetic and target-driven Loan Officers to expand our client base in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidates will be responsible for client acquisition, loan appraisal, relationship management, and portfolio performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, credit lending, or microfinance field operations.

• Core Competencies: Strong skills in client sourcing, loan evaluation, cash flow assessment, and debt collection.

• Target-Driven: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and consistently hit monthly portfolio growth and collection targets.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, sales negotiation, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.

• Technical Skills & Ethics: Proficient in MS Office, with high personal integrity, accountability, and strong analytical skills.
