Job Overview

Computer Centre Tanzania is hiring a qualified Network Techno-Sales Engineer in Dar es Salaam. This role acts as the technical bridge between clients, vendor partners, and sales teams to design innovative enterprise ICT and networking solutions, lead bid proposals (RFPs/RFQs), and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Consultation & Customer Engagement

• Deliver expert consultation on networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and ICT infrastructure solutions.

• Conduct client requirement assessments, site surveys, and technical product demos.

• Recommend tailored technologies aligned with client business needs.

Proposals, Tenders & Bid Management

• Lead technical tender preparations, RFPs, RFQs, and competitive bid submissions.

• Draft comprehensive technical architectures, Scopes of Work (SoW), and pricing documentation.

• Ensure full compliance with customer specifications and vendor standards.

Solution Design & Vendor Management

• Architect scalable, secure network solutions, producing network diagrams and Bills of Materials (BoMs).

• Maintain strategic relationships with key ICT vendors, distributors, and partners.

• Coordinate vendor quotations, technical support, and product certifications.

Business Development

• Identify new ICT business opportunities through market intelligence.

• Qualify technical leads to expand the sales pipeline and support revenue goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience: 3+ years in network engineering, systems integration, or technical pre-sales roles with proven ICT tender management experience.

• Certifications (Added Advantage): Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), Fortinet (NSE), Huawei (HCIA, HCIP), Microsoft Azure, AWS, Palo Alto, or equivalent.

• Skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and capacity to deliver under strict deadlines.
