Gross Salary: TZS 1.0 million – 1.2 million per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell technical products and engineering solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide after-sales support and coordinate with technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or engineering sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
