Position 1: M&E Engineer (Real Estate)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in mechanical and electrical engineering
- At least 3 years of M&E management experience in real estate projects or large-scale construction projects;
- Proficient in M&E construction, acceptance procedures and relevant national codes & specifications.
Salary Package:
- Probation period: 1,500,000 Tanzanian Shillings per month
- Permanent position: 1,800,000 Tanzanian Shillings per month

Job Requirements
- Prior real estate sales experience is preferred;
- Presentable appearance, excellent communication skills and good interpersonal affinity;
- Proactive personality with strong sales awareness and customer service mindset;
- A recent personal life photo is mandatory for application submission.
Salary Package
Monthly basic salary: 800,000 Tanzanian Shillings plus sales commission
Work Location: Zanzibar
