Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management
-
SAP Processing: Manage the real-time receipt, tracking, and issuance of warehouse inventory using SAP.

Stock Levels: Maintain optimal stock levels to support production without creating excess costs.

Quality Control: Inspect incoming supplier deliveries against purchase orders; issue rejection notes for damaged or incorrect goods.

Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile data against book stock, and investigate any variances.
Warehouse Operations & Safety

Standards & Compliance: Maintain the warehouse in line with Diageo’s quality, security, risk, and safety policies.

Housekeeping: Perform daily reviews to ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to 5S principles.

Project Support: Assist in planning and implementing new warehouse projects.

Qualifications & Skills
Required:
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.

Experience: 3+ years of inventory management experience, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
Preferred (Added Advantage):

Proficiency in SAP software.
-
Graduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS).
