Position location on the Organization Structure:

• Operations Manager — Production Senior Engineer

Job Purpose:

• To ensure that the Production plan achieved and products meet quality criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep Production team leader well informed of Production Shift status and serves as liaison between staff and Production team leader.
• Follow up Shift resources within Production schedule.
• Review work of the Production section team.
• Ensuring that Production equipment’s are in satisfactory state of repair to achieve the required process capability.
• Assist in implementing Production Plan.
• Monitoring the performance of the department’s employees and trying to improve their performance.
• Recording productions in every shift.
• Monitoring machine speeds.
• Follow HSE policies and ISO procedures.
• Any other duty assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
