Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and support the smooth running of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office records, files, and documents
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory
- Support management and staff with administrative tasks
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the office
- Assist in basic accounting and record keeping
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Proven experience in office administration or related role
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Knowledge of basic accounting is an added advantage
Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role preferred.
