Position Details
- Position: Sales Executive (3) Positions
- Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities at ABL Construction Limited
- Market and sell company construction products and services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and ensure excellent customer service.
- Support branding and promotional campaigns through digital platforms.
- Manage and grow the company’s online presence and social media engagement (added advantage).
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, content creation, and online advertising will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram marketing, LinkedIn marketing, or Google Ads is an added advantage.
