SALES OFFICER – (especially on Car Loans) – (4 Posts)

TEVI MICROFINANCE COMPANY is a rapidly growing microfinance institution operating in Dar es Salaam for nearly seven (7) years. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking to recruit a highly qualified, motivated, and performance-driven professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our loan portfolio and overall institutional excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive car loan sales and customer acquisition
• Identify and onboard qualified vehicle financing clients
• Close deals directly in the field
• Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and grow a high-quality loan portfolio

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• • Proven experience in car financing / asset financing (highly preferred)
  • Strong sales track record in microfinance or banking
  • Confident, aggressive, and target-driven personality
  • Excellent negotiation and client handling skills
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver results
  • Diploma or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• We strongly encourage women with proven sales experience to apply.
