• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields:

4. Business Administration
5. A related discipline

• Postgraduate qualification or professional certification is an added advantage. Relevant certifications may include:

1. CIM
2. Digital Marketing
3. Public Relations
4. Media Relations

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a communications or marketing role.
• Experience within the banking or financial services sector is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in marketing, design, digital communication, and productivity tools, including:

1. Canva
2. Adobe Creative Suite
3. Social media analytics tools
4. Google Workspace
