Position Overview
Let’s grow together, become our HR System Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in HRIS and IT, looking to make a significant impact in human resources technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Computer Science/Information Technology.
- 3+ years of hands-on HRIS experience, preferably with an audit background from audit firms.
- Good knowledge of programming languages, including PHP, Vb.Net, Java, SQL, and MS Excel.
- HRMS/IT project experience is desirable, e.g., testing, configuration, and implementation.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze HR functionality to recommend and develop process improvements, system enhancements, and customer service solutions that maximize HR System’s value.
- Maintain HR dashboard that covers all HR metrics, including attrition rate, retention, and analysis of exit interviews.
- Serve as the primary technical support analyst for all HRMS initiatives, providing functional and technical troubleshooting to resolve system issues.
- Serve as a liaison between the HR department and technical teams, translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Ensure data integrity and system security through rigorous testing of changes, regular data audits, and meticulous management of user access controls.
- Manage system access to ensure appropriate security procedures are in place and perform data audits.
