We are looking for a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and train housekeeping staff
Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance
Ensure hygiene and safety compliance
Manage inventory and order supplies
Handle guest requests and complaints
Schedule staff and assign duties
Maintain housekeeping records
Assist the Housekeeping Manager as needed

Qualifications:

Diploma in Hospitality or related field
Minimum 3 years of housekeeping supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
Ability to handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally
