We’re Hiring! Sales & Reservation Agent (Arusha Office)

Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for travel and a knack for sales? We’re looking for a Sales & Reservation Agent to join our team in Arusha! If you’re eager to help international clients plan their dream adventures, and you thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Language

• Fluent in English (spoken and written): You’ll be communicating with international clients daily, so crystal-clear English is a must.
• Diploma or Degree: A background in Tourism, Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not strictly required. We value practical experience and a strong aptitude!

Work Experience

• Customer Service Savvy: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, reservations, sales, or hospitality is preferred.
• Travel Industry Experience: Prior experience with a travel agency, hotel, or tour operator will give you a significant advantage.

Technical & Communication Skills

• Tech-Comfortable: You should be proficient with:
• Email communication
• Google Docs & Sheets
• Zoom or other video call platforms
• Software Savvy (Bonus!): Familiarity with CRM, booking platforms, or reservation software will make you stand out.
• Computer Literate: You’ll be using a computer or laptop for most daily tasks, so comfort and efficiency are key.
• Excellent Communicator: Your verbal communication should be clear, and your tone consistently polite and professional.
