Role Overview:
To Execute work related to Logistics department with respect to the External and Internal Transport Business
Job Responsibilities:
- Visiting to the New Customer location and get the New Transport business.
‘Periodical visiting to the Existing Customer location for the service level contract review and take their feedback and meet their demand. - Periodical visiting to the Existing Customer location to get additional business.
- Coordinating with the External customer and get the Indent and do the truck planning and placement.
- Coordinating with the External customer and get the payment on time.
- Coordinating with the External customer and get their week schedule and do the truck planning. To make sure the truck availability and meet the customer demand.
- Long haul truck Hiring from the market and meet the company requirement within the Budget cost.
- Coordinating with the Finance and following the process for the payment to the Hiring truck on time.
- Achieve the Transport Revenue Target and the Gross margin as per the Budget.
- Achieve the Transport related KPI assigned and meet out the same with time line.
- To maintain all internal records with respect to the Transport business on line and the report submission as per the guidelines.
- Any other duties assigned by Management.
Education Qualification:
- Any Degree with the Logistics / Transportation background.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Truck hiring or coordinating with the Brokers.
