We’re hiring! Finance Manager

TPC Ltd, one of the most well-respected sugar producers in Tanzania, is looking for a Finance Manager to join its team in Moshi, at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Are you a finance professional with strong leadership skills and a solid background in financial management and auditing? This opportunity is for you!

Your key responsibilities:

• Prepare management accounts and financial statements
• Oversee the budgeting process and coordinate audits
• Ensure tax compliance and optimize financial systems
• Drive the Finance team’s performance and collaborate with other departments

Who we’re looking for:

• ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification
• At least 4 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a similar-sized company
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities
