Responsibilities
- Legal Advisory Services: Provide legal advice to ensure compliance with laws, analyze risks, and propose solutions to minimize liabilities.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure alignment with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Monitor regulatory changes, advise management, and ensure compliance with legal obligations.
- Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Represent the organization in legal proceedings and manage external counsel for litigation matters.
- Corporate Governance: Support the board and senior management in governance matters and ensure timely submission of statutory documents.
