1. BAR MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer problems by following established procedures.
  • Managing the cleanliness of all bar equipment and the environment in general.
  • Closing and opening the sales account on a daily basis.
  • Ordering drinks.
  • Managing the roles and responsibilities of each employee to achieve goals.
  • Supervise the preparation and delivery of beverages to meet established standards
  • Dealing with the improvement of products and services.
  • Coordinate and maintain regular communication between employees and management.
  • Plan and implement initiatives that will increase sales and revenue.

2. WAITERS/WAITRESSES

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing the table and setting the plates, glasses, etc.
  • Greeting customers and escorting them to the tables they are going to sit.
  • Provide customers with a menu of food and drinks along with information on the menu.
  • Receiving customer orders.
  • Serving customers food and drinks.
  • Cleaning the table and rearranging things when the customer leaves.
  • Presenting bills to customers and handling cash or card payments

3. CLEANER

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and organizing
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the equipment and ensuring that it works well and remains clean.
  • To control all existing waste, including the collection and disposal of waste in an appropriate way to avoid pollution and disease prevention
  • Ensure all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies in the area are observed.
  • Ensuring that hygiene supplies such as soap and toilet paper are available in abundance

4. ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities:

  • To collect, analyze and provide financial information on a regular basis, such as profit and loss statements, closing calculations.
  • To follow all the rules and regulations of running a business, including ensuring all licenses and permits
    are paid on time according to government guidelines.
  • Managing the use of the office, ensuring office supplies are purchased, ensuring payments and fees
    various are paid on time.
  • Submitting statistics to the Director and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Managing transactions and calculations and providing daily information.
