Description
Our client in the FMCG is hiring a Data Analyst.
Daily Tasks
Analyse Sales Volume Data to relay overall performance reports versus budget, lapse time, and previous years per stock-keeping units.
Analyse Sales Data from Retail supermarkets or Distributors to identify Gaps, new threats, or opportunities in the market and identify brand share.
Analyse Sales Data for Ad Hoc Reports that Management may request concerning a product or performance trend comparison versus prior years or new market dynamics.
Extracting and Analysing Logistics Reports – Departure and Deliveries of Stocks to customers, time stabs, and the arrival of vehicles back from routes.
Extracting and Analysing Inventory of Stocks per channel, per region, etc
Analyse Sales Volume data to relay territory performance Reports across the Country per product category.
Periodic Tasks:
GAP Analysis to identify Gaps in the Sales Volume, various Products, Regions, and Markets and come up with Action Plans for clients.
Additional Roles and Responsibilities
Comprehensive Building of dashboards
Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions by understanding their needs and offering solutions.
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
Monthly Sales Performance reports per channel
