Key purpose:

All governance processes and documentation are followed and completed to ensure that any and all physical movement of inventory is correctly reflected in SAP. Assist with primary and secondary distribution activities as required.

Key roles and responsibilities

Facilitate daily and monthly physical inventory count according to company standards and procedures
Start stock take on SAP and upload physical stock count from stock take system
Print stock variance report and investigate all variances
Post all authorised unresolved variances daily, compile daily stock pack and have it signed off by relevant parties
Reconcile diesel/gas stock weekly and order as required
Check depot days of cover daily and communicate with Planning if required

Profile:

3-year degree/diploma
2-3 years’ experience in warehousing and inventory management
SAP literacy
