Key Responsibilities:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
10% Develop daily Chute distribution plan
End Results
Daily distribution plan developed and shared with key Supervisor
50% Supervise food scooping process to ensure a beneficiary gets right entitlement
End Results
Beneficiaries get right entitlement (Refer to FBM reports)
10% Manage food allocated to his/her chute as standards
End Results
Food handling principles adhered too
10% Supervise Scoopers assigned to the chute
End Results
Quality services rendered
5% Compile food distribution report
End Results
Quality reports compiled and submitted
5% Supervise chute cleanliness
End Results
Chute is clean always
10% Participate into food prepositioning exercises
End Results
Active participation is vivid
KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
Required Professional Experience
One-year experience in working with humanitarian operations,
Experience in handling commodities management
Experience in working with refugee programs
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
Training in commodities management, response trainings.
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
Advanced diploma in Accountant, Procurement, Community Economy Development
Degree is an added value
Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement
Refugee camps

Should be physically fit
