DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate office activities, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries.

- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and implement safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for employees and visitors
- Stay updated on regulations related to environmental protection, health, and safety. Ensure the company‘s operations comply with the regulations.
- Conduct training programs for employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and best practices. Ensure that employees are aware of potential hazards and equipped to handle them.

The incumbent will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians and ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of mechanical technicians, assigning tasks, and overseeing daily operations
- Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance activities for mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

A Civil Engineer is responsible for designing, planning, implementing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects. Ensure that projects adhere to specifications, regulations, and quality standard.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee construction sites, conduct regular inspections, and ensure that work is progressing according to plans and specifications. Resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, including feasibility studies, planning, design, and construction oversight
- Conduct on–site visits to assess project sites, analyse data, and evaluate feasibility, environmental impact, and structural integrity.
