COMPANY NAME: FARM OF DREAMS LODGE.

LOCATION: KARATU -ARUSHA.

RECEPTIONIST-1 POST.

REPORTING TO: RECEPTIONIST SUPERVISOR.

Duties & Responsibilities.

Great and welcome all guests, assist them with check-in, check-out and maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanors at all times.
Participate in the room’s inspection before the check in of the guests.
Answer all company’s phone calls from internal and external.
Build strong relationships and liaise with all other departments.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service

Education and Qualification.

Education in hospitality/Hotel industry.
Good communication skills.
Able to handle money.
High level of personal hygiene.
Polite and patient.
Able to work as part of team
Neat personal appearance.
