Job Description

• As a Manager at N&M Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our real estate operations.
• You will be responsible for leading a team of real estate professionals, managing property portfolios, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities–

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents and support staff.
• Oversee property acquisitions, sales, and leasing processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on market trends and industry regulations.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Land management and Evaluation/Bachelor of Science in Real Estate (Finance and Investment)/ Bachelor of Science in Property and Facilities Management or Other related fields.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.- Results-driven and customer-focused.
