Key Responsibilities:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Activity
- Ensure that food commodities are handled as per food handling standards and policies at both Extended
- Delivery Points and Final Distribution Points
- Ensure excellent performance for all GFD, SFP, and Kitchen garden interventions for the Nduta camp
- Develop a food distribution plan and ensure that it is shared with relevant stakeholders timely
- Ensure that the right entitlement is provided to beneficiaries
- Ensure effective networking with key stakeholders as well as proper attendance to camp meetings /forums accordingly
- Compile quality periodical reports and share timely
- Ensure proper management of organization resources assigned to camp activities
- Provide supportive supervision to food handling staff

KNOWLEDGE/ QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
Required Professional Experience
- Three years experience in working with humanitarian operations,
- Experience in a managerial position
- Experience in handling commodities management
- Experience in handling staff issues
- Training in commodities management, response training, human resources management, and management.
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
- Degree in Accountant, Procurement, Community Economy Development
- Master Qualification is the added advantage
Physical Requirements
- Should be physically fit
Language Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in both Swahili and English language
