Position: Project Assistant
At Railway Children, we aim to reach vulnerable children found alone and at risk on the streets, and around railways, where they face abuse and exploitation. They find themselves living on the streets because they’ve nowhere else to go and nobody to turn to.

We have the opportunity for you to join us in the role of:
Project Assistant (Railway Children Africa) reporting to the Project Leader and based in Mwanza.
The role of the Project Assistant, he/she will work as part of the outreach team, working to support street-connected children and youth, children at risk and families by providing support services to promote their wellbeing. In addition, the work involves working with the Department of Social Welfare and others to ensure the provision of quality services.
