In joint venture with The Arab Contractors of Egypt (Osman A. Osman & Co.), ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC is entrusted by the people and government of Tanzania to execute, The Julius Nyerere Hydropower Project.
JVACEE is Urgently Looking for Competent Candidates to fill the available below Positions :-
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
TITLE: TECHNICIAN COMMISSIONING —— (30 POSITION)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience operating hand and power tools, soldering and fault – testing equipmentExperience Cable Termination and Fabricating parts, using hand tools
- Reading and Interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams and schematics
- Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus. Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
- Completion of an electrical apprenticeship
- Familiar with main equipment of transmission substation (CT, VT, Transformers, Reactors, Capacitors, …etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant Vocational and Technical Education from reputable Institution
- At least 2 years’ experience as Commissioning electrical technician.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Good Communication and Problem Solving Skills
