DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

i. Gathering research information and trends in the land market;

ii. Review research records and enter them into the computer; and

iii. To do other work as directed by the Supervisor.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Employed with a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of “Land Management and Valuation” from the Land University or other institutions recognized by the Government in the fields of Land Management and Valuation or
Employed with NCPS certificate in the field of Land Management and Valuation
