WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS MANAGER

INDUSTRY: MANUFACTURING

HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the storage procedure, from the complicated storage logistics, to keeping an eye on the warehouse workers – scheduling shifts and ensuring staff are adequately trained.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Manage warehouse inventory and keep records of the inventory.
• Logistics management; review and process improvement, cost analysis, scheduling and stakeholder relations.
• Coordinate outbound shipping and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and manage logistics KPIs (key performance indicators).
• Collaborate with transportation providers to negotiate rates and delivery schedules.
• Analyze warehouse expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Proficiently use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage operations.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Implement measures to minimize damage and loss of inventory.
• Promote safety compliance and enforce warehouse procedures.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of products.

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic, Supply Chain Management or any other related field.
•  5+ years of working experience in warehouse management and Logistic operations.
• Good communication and listening skills
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management System
