- Manage Bookings and Itineraries.
- Liaise with travelers, suppliers & internal teams.
- Negotiate with airlines, hotels & vendors.
- Monitor expenses & handle emergencies.
- Maintain travel records & reports.
- Participate in tourist activities.
- Support sales & cross-sell products.
- Provide exceptional service to travelers.
Requirements:
- Technical: Strong Computer Skills (Excel, GDS).
- Language: Fluent in English & Kiswahili.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- Certification: Recognized Travel Certification.
- Location: Based in Dar es Salaam.
- Flexibility: Flexible to work in-office & remotely.
- Bonus Skills: Content creation and AI skills will be an added advantage.
