Tender Title: Business, technical, and investor readiness support services for Edtech Companies under the Mastercard Foundation Edtech Fellowship Programme
Sahara Consult, a dynamic management consulting firm specializing in strategic advisory services and project management across three core areas: development (impact), innovation, and technology, is implementing the Mastercard Foundation Edtech Fellowship program. This program aims to support 12 Edtech companies by providing comprehensive business, technical, and investor readiness assistance to enhance their operational and strategic frameworks, as well as their digital platforms and products. This initiative seeks to foster growth and create a sustained impact within the education technology sector, supporting educational technology ventures that aim to improve learning outcomes.

Scope of Work
Business Support Services
- Conduct comprehensive business diagnoses.
- Facilitate business boot camps.
- Offer one-on-one business engagement sessions.
Technical Support Services
- Conduct comprehensive technical diagnoses.
- Facilitate technical boot camps.
- Offer one-on-one technical engagement sessions.
Investor Readiness Support Services
- Conduct comprehensive investor readiness assessments.
- Facilitate investor readiness workshops.
- Offer one-on-one coaching sessions.
Required Expertise
The ideal company should have:
- Proven experience in providing business and technical support to startups, particularly in the Edtech sector.
- Expertise in business diagnostics, operational strategy, framework optimisation, digital platform development, and product optimisation.
- Strong facilitation skills for boot camps and workshops.
- Ability to offer tailored advice and create actionable plans.
- Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on:
- Relevant experience and expertise.
- Quality and comprehensiveness of the proposed approach.
- Demonstrated understanding of the educational technology sector.
- Cost-effectiveness of the proposal.
