1. General Provisions

1.1. Bidders must carefully read these instructions before submitting their responses.
1.2. Non-compliance with required conditions will result in bid disqualification.
1.3. Bidders must be fully aware of the contractual conditions and commitments before submitting their bid.

Framework Agreement: Bidders shall provide fixed price quotations valid for a one-year (12-month) framework agreement, which may be extended upon mutual agreement.
Implementation: Service must be executed STRICTLY within the stated period to various locations across Tanzania.

The purpose of this tender is to invite bids for TENDER SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE MEDIA VISIBILITY AND PRINT OUT TO END UP FOR ONE YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
