TECHNICAL TRAINER
INDUSTRY: AUTOMOTIVE
On behalf of our reputable client HR World Ltd is looking for a Technical Trainer who will Co-ordinate and assist in the technical development of all Service Staff including new foundational Service engineers and technicians.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Co-ordinate and assist in the technical development of all Service Staff including New Foundational Service Engineers and Technicians.
- Conducts ILT (Instructor Lead Training).
- Conducts SOJT (Structure on the Job Training), as and when required.
- Update the HR system with the training attendees’ data and progress
- Follow-up the New Foundational Service Engineers and Technicians training progress through the Monthly evaluation and Daily diary.
- Maintaining files for Diaries and Evaluations and continually updates the relevant data sheets.
- Identification of individual training needs and subsequent Individual Development Plans, through the technical training annual survey and analysis of Individual learning plans.
- Maintain Training schedule updated on portal.
Ensure all Training related information sources, such as CAT Fundamental Basics, DPC, …etc. are fully utilized and up-to-date and provide utilization status reports when required.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- 3 Years of experience preferably in Field Service
- Training and Development experience would be an advantage
- Mechanical, Electrical and IT knowledge
- Extensive Caterpillar knowledge i.e., Construction, Mining, Oil & Gas and Power Generation
