Description
The purpose of this position is to contribute to the development of Colleagues’ technical skills to meet organizational needs by driving technical training and building capacity for the operations and sales teams. The role is responsible for setting the technical training agenda which will include technical skills assessments to identify training gaps and ensure the implementation of the required interventions to close these gaps.
As the holder of this position, you will support both Pest & Hygiene businesses in Tanzania, and some travel will be required throughout the country. This will also include support for new innovations as they may be launched from time to time.
Requirements
Proven experience in a technical position/quality assurance/trainer
Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects additional advantage
Experience in designing technical course content additional advantage
Ability to identify & address training needs
Working knowledge of Google-Suite
Good communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Tertiary education in a relevant field
Well-versed with either Pest Control or Hygiene technical services, or both
Valid driving licence
