The successful candidate will report to the Tanzania Regional Director and Regional Manager

  • Office Equipment & F&F
  • Custodian of Health and Safety for Arusha Office
  • Managing Arusha office and Human Capital Budgets monthly
  • Co-ordination of Arusha HC/AndBeyond Life activities aligned with budget plans
  • AndBeyond Footprints and DNA champion
  • Management of Office Team
  • Arusha office budget
  • Co-ordination of all regional events & budgets –
  • AndBeyond Life – Goal is Life
  • Bateleur Awards
  • CBA Meetings
  • AndBeyond Footprints Champion
  • Employment process & required paperwork – contracts & information
  • Induction processes are aligned and in place
  • Exit interview processes occur
  • Termination processes are followed
  • Performance appraisal tracking & summaries for regional planning
  • Academy – tracking, support and reporting
  • Succession Planning & tracking
  • DNA Training
  • Bateleur Awards – implementation and HOW
  • Retirement celebration
  • Long service celebrations
  • Reporting
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of HR reporting requirements
  • Attend HR Meetings
  • Statutory Requirements
  • Ensure alignment with statutory requirements for both Zanzibar and Mainland Tanzania
  • Ensure updates are circulated
  • Company Policies & Procedures
  • Ensure that all managers have access
