Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.
Managing and training the staff.
Planning promotional compaigns for new products or specials.
Mediating any confrontation between staff and clients, and descalating the situation.
Ensuaring that the store is keept clean and organized.

Must be organized and puncual.
Well presented and proffessional
Proficient in microsoft word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A high school qualification or equivalent.
Prior experience in retail, preferably in management position, would be adventageous.
