1 . Position: Cashier

Your responsibilities:

• Take to the bank all cash collected from sales.
• Record all cash collected in the books of account.
• Reconcile actual cash collected with cash expected from pump attendants.
• Report any discrepancies to the company account.
• Ensure that all cash is intact banked on daily or on reasonable frequency and the situation may determine.
• Make all petty cash payments and post the same to the books of accounts.
• Assist accountant in preparation of books of account
• Assist accountant in coordinating annual statutory audit

Educational level and experience;

• 4 to 5 years of work experience
• Diploma or Bachelor degree accepted.

2 . Position: Accountant

Full Time

Your responsibilities:

• Maintain the impress account for the station.
• Reconcile daily weekly and monthly deposits with attendants,
• Keep ledger of company daily expenses,
• Make a proper bank reconciliation on monthly bases,
• Prepare fuel order on time to ensure that always the station is not out of product to sale,
• Reconcile fuel purchase account to ensure that any prepayment is used in the succeeding lot.
• Reconcile the accounts payable and receivable and ensure that the policy governing the same is adhered,
• Prepare monthly payroll and pass necessary payroll journals,
• Ensure compliance with country laws and regulations,
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts,
• Prepare final accounts,
• Coordinate annual audit exercise and response to audit queries.

Educational level and experience;

• Bs degree in Accounting or Finance
• 6 to 10 years of work experience.

Attributes/Skills

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally and QuickBooks
• Advanced MS Excelskills
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent skills in professionalism, and reporting.
• Excellent verbal communication skills

3 . Position: Supervisor 

Full Time

Your responsibilities:

• He/she will supervise all pump attendants and cleaners.
• He/ she will ensure that the station is well stocked with the fuel product as identified in the station list.
• He is the custodian of fuel and other product for sale on the station.
• He/ she will be present and receive fuel and other products in the station.
• Once the fuel is received by him/her will be liable for any loss that occur in the underground tank.
• He/ she will reconcile station sales with pump attendants and handle all collection to cashier.
• He/she will be involved in staff discipline actions.

Educational level and experience;

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• 4 to 6 years of work experience in the industry.

4 . Position: Pump Attendants

Full Time

Your responsibilities:

• He/she shall be allocated with specific pump at any station.
• He/she will maintain the pump recording at the beginning and at the closure of the shift.
• He/she will be responsible for delivering fuel to the customer.
• He/she will collect cash from the customer.
• He/she will deliver fuel to credit sale on permission from supervisor.
• He/she shall be present in meter reading at the beginning and at the closing in that specific pump.
• He/she shall be responsible in any discrepancies between actual meter reading and actual sales and money collected.

Educational level and experience;

• Diploma
• 2 to 5 years of work experience in the industry.

Attributes/Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills with customers
