What you’ll do
- Lead, coordinate, and support a team of mentors who provide mentorship to participants in the Incubator & Small Grants Program.
- Facilitate training on key topics in the Incubator curriculum, such as business development, financial management, and scaling social enterprises.
- Serve as a key advisor for participants by offering one-on-one coaching, tracking progress, and supporting the development of business plans and prototypes.
- Participate in the grant application review process, supporting the selection of grant recipients and providing feedback on grant proposals.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly mentorship reports and provide insights on participant progress, program challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Why us
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Social Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in mentorship, coaching, enterprise development, or program coordination.
- Strong understanding of business development, social entrepreneurship, and enterprise growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire participants and foster growth.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
