Job Title: Site-Based Cook / Cleaning Lady

Requirements:

• Female candidate, age between 23–35 years
• Must reside at the campsite full-time, residenial (site-based position)
• In good physical and mental health
• Able to speak English at a good conversational level
• Experienced in preparing a variety of meals for groups
• Knowledgeable in the safe use of cleaning products and equipment
• Highly organized, clean, and consistent in maintaining hygiene standards
• Reliable, respectful, and able to work independently without supervision

Job Description:

Meal Preparation

• Prepare and serve daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 4–6 people.
• Cook a variety of hot and cold dishes, including healthy and balanced meals.
• Ensure food is always prepared in a hygienic and timely manner.

Inventory & Supplies Management

• Maintain inventory of food and kitchen items.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare timely shopping lists for required goods (food, beverages, kitchen items, cleaning supplies).
• Ensure safe and proper storage of all food items.

Hygiene & Cleaning

• Daily clean the kitchen, living rooms, sleeping quarters, restrooms and other assigned areas.
• Ensure routine use of appropriate cleaning products.
• Perform regular handwash of uniform, clothes, bed sheets, towels.
• Be consistent in cleaning routines and adhere to site hygiene standards.

General Site Cleanliness

• Ensure the entire site is kept clean and tidy, including outdoor surroundings.
• Collect and dispose of trash properly, ensuring no litter is left on the ground.
• Report any hygiene, safety, or maintenance issues promptly.
