We are looking for a dedicated and professional Site Administrator for our Nyanzaga site who has the following skills and experience.
Site Administrator
Location: Nyanzaga Site, Tanzania
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for site staff files records management, including personnel files and employment contracts
- Ensure timely and accurate timesheet submission for monthly payroll processing
- Monitor staff attendance, facilitate leave applications, and assist with staff discipline and performance
- Comply with documented procedures, HSE protocols, and maintain a safe, professional work environment
- Communicate site issues to the Project Manager and support staff welfare, including medical and life insurance
- Coordinate travel arrangements, conduct employee inductions, and ensure personnel files are up to date and compliant with local regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as an Admin, or similar role within the drilling / mining industry will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years office administration experience
- Familiarity with Tanzania Labour Laws is highly recommended
- Excellent English and Swahili language skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in multinational and culturally diverse environments
