Academic Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent qualification from recognized university
- Working experience of at least 2 years as managerial position
Technical Skills/ Competencies
- Good knowledge of Banking business and its dynamics
- Computer literacy
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive and flexible attitude towards change and competition
- Conversant with Lake Zone Region markets
