JOB DESCRIPTION

We seek a dedicated and vigilant Security Candidate to join our team at King Casino. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and a commitment to ensuring a safe environment for our clients and their customers or residents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Patrol Casino premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent the passage of prohibited persons and items into restricted areas.
• Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property
• Respond to emergencies, such as medical issues, fire, and security threats, and contact emergency responders when necessary.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, employees, and visitors.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Conduct regular security checks and inspections according to established schedules.
• Assist in crowd control during events and manage access to restricted areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven work experience in Security or relevant position is an added advantage
• Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation.
• Physical stamina, good health and strength.
• Ability to communicate in both SWAHILI & ENGLISH

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Security Guard certification/ JKT Training
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
