Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily sales operations, manage and motivate the sales team, ensure high levels of customer service, and develop sales strategies. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, analyzing sales data, and ensuring the implementation of company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
• Experience in team management and training
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is an advantage
