Job Purpose
Drives sales performance, achieving set targets through planned and executed sales strategies to enhance sales growth, increased customer base both retail and b2b
Responsibilities
- Presents, promote and sell a variety of Company’s brands to existing and prospective customers, both retail and
- Studies market and customer needs to identify, advise and recommend suitable products based on specific customer needs
- Monitors stocks and movements in assigned outlets/key accounts and stations
- Coordinate and facilitate the transportation and delivery of products requests from retailers and b2b customers
- Analyzes the territory/ market’s potential and give recommendations to management for strategic response
- Drives service excellence in collaboration with internal departments
- Reinforces implementation of HSSEQ Policy and standards
- Provide training and support to staff in the retail and b2b customers
- Supports any other related duties as may be assigned
Requirements
- 5 years of solid work experience in sales within FMCG
- Diploma/degree in engineering, business or related
- Highly knowledgeable sales professional, with demonstrable wide range of practical skills in selling
- Highly motivated, results driven and self-starter
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili
- Flexible to travel and drive, with valid and clean drivers license
