Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to educate clients about our e-waste recycling services and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize proposals and solutions based on client needs and requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and developments to position our services in the market effectively.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh candidates are allowed to apply
- Knowledge of the e-waste recycling industry and environmental regulations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
