Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to educate clients about our e-waste recycling services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize proposals and solutions based on client needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and developments to position our services in the market effectively.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh candidates are allowed to apply
  • Knowledge of the e-waste recycling industry and environmental regulations is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
