Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure the Company’s growth in terms of sales and clientele base are achieved and exceeded beyond the set targets.
- Manage Key Account Portfolio of existing and potential clients to ensure using the Company’s CRM program to build and maintain excellent customer relationships, and retainer-ship, and ensure repeat business with clients.
- Enhance Company’s Brand Visibility by conducting various Advertising and PR Campaigns.
- Prepare sales proposals and tender documents for clients.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and Commercial for all sales-related matters.
- Regularly advise on the changing trends in the IT market and diversify Company’s products and services accordingly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on various tasks assigned for easier decision-making by Management.
Knowledge and Experience
- University degree in Business Administration or Marketing with at least 2 years of experience in a related field
- Must be conversant with various Internet connectivity issues and solutions
- Must have good knowledge of IT-related issues and products.
- Ability to produce results and meet sales targets.
- Good command of both oral and written English and Swahili languages
- Creative, outgoing, a quick learner, and a team player
- Good report writing skills
- Able to work under pressure
