Rashan’s Investment, a fast-growing beverage wholesale and distribution company, is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team.
Position: Sales & Distribution Officer
Location: Mwanza
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell beverages to existing and new customers
- Ensure timely delivery of products to clients
- Maintain accurate daily sales records and cash collections
- Manage customer orders and follow up on payments
- Assist in stock management and reporting
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Experience in beverage sales or FMCG is an added advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Honest, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to meet daily and monthly sales targets
- Must be familiar with Mwanza routes (for distribution duties)
