Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or a related field.
- Minimum two years of working experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven experience in a similar role (Sales Development Representative, Lead Generation, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Work closely with design, production, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and build relationships.
- Monitor industry trends and provide feedback on customer needs and pain points.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate leads
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and exhibitions to generate new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
