Job Description:

• Software installation and configuration for new customers.
• Perform data entry related tasks to ensure customer data is compiled correctly and imported accurately in the system.
• Train potential. new and existing customers about our system.
• Educate potential. new and existing customers about our system.
• Educate potential. new and existing customers on business best practices. Conduct remote and on-site system demos to potential customers.
• Encourage. advice and ensure existing customers are optimally using our software’s offering.
• Facilitate remote and on-site customer support to existing customers.
• Generate leads for our system in the field and online.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or Finance related.
• Sales experience.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles. Exceptional customer service skills.
• Understanding of basic IT skills.
• Female Candidates are Preferred
